Why we exist
I did not start Citadel Networks to fix computers.
I started it because I saw organizations making critical business decisions without a clear understanding of the risk technology created—or the opportunity it could unlock.

Thomas McClendon brings more than two decades of information technology experience to Citadel Networks. His career began in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership, integrity, preparation, and responsibility were not slogans—they were expectations.
He founded Citadel Networks in 2017 to help small and mid-sized organizations receive the kind of clear, business-focused cybersecurity guidance that is often available only to large enterprises.
Thomas holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and works with business owners, healthcare leaders, government contractors, and professional organizations to connect cybersecurity decisions to operations, compliance, growth, and resilience.
